The Plusnet Customer Service Centre operates in Sheffield and Leeds and is responsible for delivering the award-winning customer service that Plusnet’s known for.
Our advisors don’t use scripts. We want you to work on your own initiative, have amazing conversations with our customers and use your skills to deal with requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The Plusnet Customer Service Centre is made up of a number of teams with people from a wide range of backgrounds. All of them share the common goal of delivering outstanding customer service.
Sales – work with customers to establish what products and services best suit them
Set up and Serve – whether it’s a new customer account that needs provisioning or an enquiry from an existing customer, our teams will provide exceptional support
Support and Fix – our technical support teams are trained to deal with every eventuality from router and email set up, to dealing with phone or broadband faults
Web Chat – provide help and guidance through the complete customer journey via the Plusnet Web Chat facility
Resource and Service Improvement – make sure that our advisors are always available for our customers. They do this through creating effective working patterns and forecasting recruitment requirements
Training – essential to the continued delivery of our award-winning customer service. The training team continually improve on design and delivery of high quality training to new and existing employees
