"We’re responsible for looking after marketing, advertising, and comms that get sent to our existing customers. This ranges from creative advertising for TV, Quarterly newsletters, Social Media campaigns and reviewing in-life journeys, to improving the way we talk to customers and making sure they get the best possible Plusnet experience. We also help out with projects, where we need to contact customers about changes to their accounts.
There’s a lot of variety in the projects we work on. It’s great to feel valued for your input, whether that’s writing or approving copy, or advising on tone of voice. It feels like everyone’s voice is listened to, no matter what level you’re at.
There’s a really great atmosphere here, it’s fast paced and can be a bit hectic, but everyone supports each other. We love the challenge of working for a service provider that positions itself differently to the others, genuinely puts the customer at the forefront of what it does, and isn’t afraid to admit when things go wrong."
