About the job
We are looking for people who are true customer champions and real advocates of our brand who are able to easily build rapport with our new and existing customers being able to understand what our customers’ needs are and select the best package for them.
As part of being a Plusnet advocate our Advisors will know what offers we have on and how this might be suited to the customer. It is fast paced and dynamic environment where offers change on a weekly basis as Plusnet reacts quickly to market conditions, often based on your feedback from what our customers want.

This is a call centre with a difference - our Advisors use wireless headsets and love having proper conversations with customers (we don’t use scripts - they use their own initiative on calls), they relish responsibility and see customer enquiries through to completion.

As a Sales and Retentions Advisor you will..
- Work in a busy Sales environment providing excellent customer service to our customers
- Be able to understand and know the market and what offers are currently on
- Be able to tailor your approach to customer needs providing a bespoke offering to them
- Take inbound contacts from our customers working with challenging KPI’s and SLA’s
In order to apply you must have the following skills, experience and outlook...
- Comfortable chatting with customers about the right package for them
- Enthusiastic and who actively makes sales through great customer service
- Experienced in sales or customer service in similar field
- Experienced working with sales and retentions related targets
- An excellent communicator & rapport builder
